Fei Bing Express was a hawker stand at the nerve-venter of the city’s bustling Friday night. Taking over Gene Cafe, the Express was an energetic and casual pop-up that served playful, ethically sourced street food that spoke to an adoration for Chinese flavors and the cross-cultural partnership between Alex and I.
